The Exceptional Member

Anyone contacting Exceptional Matchmaking has two options available to them. First, you have the choice of simply joining our registry. Individuals who want to be included in our database simply want to be “kept in mind” as potential matches for the Exceptional Matchmaking Clients. This option is our membership status. EM’s Members can truly enjoy many of the matchmaking services without paying the fees of a client. While the matchmaker does not work to secure matches for its Members, they can and do receive dating and relationship coaching if selected as a potential match for one of EM’s Clients.

The Exceptional Client

The second option of course is to employ the full spectrum of matchmaking services. Individuals that secure these services are considered Exceptional Matchmaking Clients and are expected to pay fees in full before access to coaching, image consulting, or potential matches are granted.

The Service

There is a three part process that Exceptional Matchmaking employs with all of its Clients.

Ø Pre-Qualification

There are many factors that determine whether or not Exceptional Matchmaking services are for you, the most important of them being compatibility. Not only is compatibility important for the romantic relationship you are pursuing, but it is also important in the partnership between you and your matchmaker. For instance, are your expectations unrealistic, are you coach-able, or are you a self sabotager? All of these questions get at the heart of the status of your mind/body/spirit health. This is why Exceptional Matchmaking mandates that you complete the online questionnaire in order to secure an initial consultation.

Ø Initial Consultation

Get ready because this part of the process is sensitive and personal but required if you are to have Exceptional Matchmaking. In order to match you with the person of quality you are looking for, EM needs to know you inside and out. The initial consult can last anywhere from one hour to an hour and a half while the Client’s family life, past relationships, and financials are discussed. Initial consults for EM Members are not as lengthy, lasting usually between 30 – 45 minutes. It is at this point of the process that a decision is made as to whether or not EM and the potential Client/Member are a good fit.

Ø Coaching, Image Consulting, and The Match

Once Exceptional Matchmaking has run all background checks and an individual is accepted as a Client, a plan of action is initiated. If EM determines the Client is in need of image consulting, personal life coaching, or a personal shopper, they will now have access to these services. With the exception of date coaching, these services are offered exclusively to EM Clients and not Members.

Of course EM will now work to introduce the Client to the type of upscale individual they have described to the matchmaker. Discretion and privacy are of the utmost importance, therefore surnames and other identifying markers are never revealed since EM makes all arrangements for first introductions. EM not only draws on Members from the database but also the individuals of real life. This may be the man or woman on the street, at the café, or in the bookstore; EM does not limit the source of potential matches for its Clients. Rest assured that if a match is drawn from outside the database, a full scale background check is still performed before he/she is presented to the Client.
